Wuthering Waves: Echo System Detailed Explanation

Echo System Overview There are three types of Echo based on capacity: cost4, cost3, and cost1.
Cost4 corresponds to boss level, cost3 corresponds to elite monster level, and cost1 corresponds to small monster level.
The set effect of Echo includes bonuses for the 2-piece and 5-piece sets; each character can equip up to five Echos.
The cost limit for each character is 12, meaning that the total cost of the five Echos equipped on a character should be ≤12; only the first Echo can use skills.
Main and Sub Attributes of Echo Main Attributes: Taking Golden Echo as an example, there are two main attributes and five sub-attributes for Echo. As mentioned earlier, each category has different main attributes that can be randomly obtained:
Cost4: Main attributes can include Double Attack, Attack, Defense, Health, and Healing Efficiency; Double Attack and Healing are unique to cost4 main attributes (Currently, no Golden Artefact with Double Attack has been found, so it may be that Double Attack can only appear in one type).
Cost3: Main attributes can include various attribute attacks, Resonance Efficiency, Attack, Defense, and Health attributes; Attribute Attack and Resonance Efficiency are unique to cost3 main attributes.
Cost1: Main attributes include only Attack, Defense, and Health. Therefore, don’t expect a combination of five cost1s.
The sub-attributes of Echo have a certain random range and can be consistent with the type of main attributes (e.g., if the main attribute has Resonance Efficiency, the sub-attribute can also have Resonance Efficiency).
Sub-Attributes: Every 5 levels unlock a sub-attribute slot. Sub-attributes include Double Attack, Attack, HP, Defense, Resonance Efficiency, Basic Attack Bonus, Heavy Strike Bonus, Resonance Skill Damage Bonus, and Resonance Release Bonus.
These attributes are not limited by type, so any attribute can be randomly obtained when upgrading.
Cultivation of Echo Only upgraded Echoes or experience materials can be used for Echo cultivation. Experience materials can only be obtained from opening chests, exchanging in various shops, or dropping from bosses in the soundless zone and require stamina consumption. The corresponding slot-opening tool is also required to unlock sub-attributes.
