Wuthering Waves: Yinlin Gameplay Guide

Yinlin is a natural resonator who once served as an outstanding inspector in the Security Bureau, but had her inspector status revoked due to a certain incident, forcing her to investigate hidden evils alone in the dark.

In some team compositions, Yinlin’s role is initially as a rotating C position, later transitioning to a supportive C position, effectively resisting and reducing enemy attacks.

Skill Analysis

Basic Attack: Yinlin’s basic attack consists of four stages of multi-stage attacks, with the fourth stage able to apply the Mark of Penitence to enemy targets, with a maximum of two enemy targets.

Charged Attack: The charged attack can resonate the Mark of Penitence among nearby enemies, dealing high damage upon hitting enemies and recovering the Mark of Penitence. Charging is much faster than basic attacks, and the ability to mark enemies is stronger.

Resonance Skill: By releasing silver threads to assist in attacking enemies, causing multiple instances of damage and attaching the Mark of Penitence to a few enemies. The Mark of Penitence can increase the output damage of the character and the team, but the enhancement effect is not significant.

Gameplay Tips

Team Composition Recommendation: In the absence of Kakarot/Flamekeeper, it is recommended to team up with Ball + Sanhua + Yinlin, with the order of appearance being Ball ~ Sanhua ~ Yinlin. This team composition can maximize the use of Yinlin’s skill characteristics and improve the overall output capability of the team.

Skill Priority: In terms of skill usage, prioritize using charged attacks to quickly accumulate passive abilities and mark enemies, then use basic attacks for continuous output. Resonance skills can be released when needed to increase team output damage.
