Teleport to the City of Jincheng in Lumine-Now state.

First Location
At the shop owner Pan Hua, choose “Food Rumors” in the dialogue to obtain ingredients for preparing hot pot base and clear soup.

Purchase Recipes: Dragon Beard Crisps Recipe, Xiaolongbao Recipe, Jincheng Stew Recipe, Star Pastry Recipe.

Purchase Dishes: Jincheng Grilled Skewers, Guokui (Fried Bread), Cold Tossed Xiangsu (Perilla) Salad, Spicy Shredded Chicken, Dragon Beard Crisps, Xiaolongbao, Jincheng Stew.

Second Location
Uncle Li, choose “Food Rumors” in the dialogue to obtain ingredients for preparing clear soup. Uncle Li appears during both daytime and nighttime.

Next to Pan Hua Restaurant, Uncle Li. Note: Uncle Li only appears during daytime.

“Liu Xian Tea Shop” beside Liu Xian. Note: Uncle Li only appears during nighttime.

Third Location
At the cooking station, select Chef Level to obtain recipes by advancing in chef levels.

Chef Level One Star:

Cooking Apprentice: Spicy Shredded Chicken Recipe, Daily Clear Tea Recipe.

Chef Level Two Stars:

Cooking Assistant: Fragrant Sauce Chicken Recipe, Spicy Fragrant Pork Slices Recipe.

Chef Level Three Stars:

Sous Chef: Dragon Raising Its Head Recipe, Shu Yun Secret Iced Tea Recipe.

Chef Level Four Stars:

Head Chef: Jincheng Hotpot Recipe, Caramelized Lingguo Recipe.

Fourth Location
At the shop owner Ma He, choose “Food Rumors” in the dialogue to obtain ingredients for preparing clear soup.

Purchase Ingredients: Poultry Meat, Beast Meat, Fish Meat, Bird Eggs, Qingfen Grass, Flour, Cooking Oil, Chili, Sugar, Tea Leaves, Milk, Rice, Kudzu Root, Salt, Beans, Vinegar.

Purchase Processed Products: Hot Pot Base, Clear Soup, Braised Sauce, Sweet and Sour Sauce, Tofu.

Fifth Location
Receptionist Gan Xue at the Pre-Contract Store, choose “Food Rumors” in the dialogue to obtain ingredients for preparing braised sauce.

Purchase Recipes: Cold Tossed Xiangsu (Perilla) Salad Recipe, Crushed Gold Rice Recipe, Border Defense Grain Recipe, Iron Shovel Mushroom Recipe, Joyful Ice Tea Recipe, Winter Cloud Lingguo Porridge Recipe.

“Souvenir” Store Location:

Note: This is on the second floor below the teleport point, do not go to the very bottom.

Choose “Food Rumors”.

Sixth Location
Merchant Chen Pi at the Relic Seeker, choose “Food Rumors” in the dialogue to obtain ingredients for preparing braised sauce.

Choose dialogue option, “I want to deliver a Sound Box” to enter the antique delivery interface.

Antique Delivery:

Level 4 Reward: Tide Pancake Recipe.

Level 10 Reward: Crispy Roast Pigeon Recipe.

Relic Seeker’s Location:

Choose “Food Rumors”.

Seventh Location
At the weapon blacksmith Wei Shu, choose “Food Rumors” in the dialogue to obtain ingredients for preparing braised sauce.

Imprint Station Location:

Dialogue with Wei Shu and choose “Food Rumors”.

Eighth Location
At the proprietor Kou Kou of “Shi Fang Pharmacy”, choose “Food Rumors” in the dialogue to obtain ingredients for preparing braised sauce.

Shi Fang Pharmacy Location:

Note: It is on the bottommost floor.

Choose “Food Rumors”.

Ninth Location
Mission: Culinary Master – Memories of Taste (Obtained at Pan Hua Restaurant)

Guokui Recipe, Qingfen Tea Recipe

Completing this mission will reward you with: Guokui Recipe, Qingfen Tea Recipe

(After completing this mission, you will also receive the recipe for Spicy Shredded Chicken, which is a promotion reward. However, I obtained the recipe for Spicy Shredded Chicken before even reaching the required chef level for promotion.)

After completing this mission, it will automatically lead to another mission, Memoirs Mission – Gathering of Flavors

You can conveniently follow this mission to engage in dialogue about Food Rumors, as it will take you through most of them.

Tenth Location
Memoirs Mission – Listening to the Voices of Animals: Cat Language Translation, you can obtain the recipe for Qingfen Fish Soup.

When a question mark appears here, you can track it and proceed with the mission, Listening to the Voices of Animals: Cat Language Translation.

Accept the mission and after the first dialogue, you will obtain the recipe for Qingfen Fish Soup.
