Dragon’s Dogma 2: Practical Tips

Dragon’s Dogma 2: Practical Tips
  1. When attacking Rock Lizards, hitting their body or tail deals very low damage. Many people don’t know that you can use jumping and grabbing to restrain them, causing them to fall down. In this knocked-down state, teammates can easily finish them off. If there’s water nearby, you can also grab them and throw them in to quickly deal with them.
  2. You can summon the Harpy with the Beacon Signal of the Strange Bird to grab and ride it while it’s airborne. You can control its flight direction and altitude, and as long as you have stamina, you can keep flying, which can be useful for traversing various terrains.
  3. When the Cyclops is stationary and cooling down, you can go pull its legs. It will fall down, and its head will permanently come off, making it easy for melee attacks to deal damage.
  4. Sprinting while carrying an NPC towards a wall can slam the NPC against the wall.
  5. Troubled by wolf pack harassment? Having trouble chasing them with melee attacks? Throw a piece of meat on the ground, and they’ll gather around to gnaw on it. You know what to do next.
