Unfinished Ideals Effect: 2-piece set: ATK +18% 4-piece set: After being out of combat for 3 seconds, damage dealt is increased by 50%. If there are no enemies under the Burning status nearby for more than 6 seconds while in combat, the damage increase effect decreases by 10% per second until it reaches 0%; if enemies under the Burning status are present, the damage increases by 10% per second until it reaches a maximum of 50%. Characters equipped with this artifact set will continue to trigger this effect even when they are off-field.

Obtainment Method: Challenge the new artifact domain “Fading Star’s Might” located in Mondstadt – Stormterror’s Lair to obtain this artifact set.

Effect Analysis: Unfinished Ideals only take effect when nearby enemies are under the Burning status. It is important to note that the Burning status disappears after 5 seconds, so it is necessary to use a team that can maintain the status (e.g., grass + fire) to maximize its benefits. In the current version, there is no character that perfectly complements this set. The only characters needing the Burning status are some Ice DPS characters who rely on Melt as their core mechanic, and these characters already have optimal artifacts. There may be future characters based on the Burning status, but their specific roles are not clear yet.

Harmony in Dissonance Effect: 2-piece set: ATK +18% 4-piece set: When the HP of the Herald of Frost increases or decreases, the character’s damage is increased by 18%, stacking up to 3 times and lasting for 6 seconds.

Obtainment Method: Challenge the new artifact domain “Fading Star’s Might” located in Mondstadt – Stormterror’s Lair to obtain this artifact set.

Effect Analysis: Suitable for characters who can frequently grant and consume the Herald of Frost. This artifact set significantly boosts the damage caused by the Herald of Frost. Since the effect relies on characters or equipment being able to grant or consume the Herald of Frost within 6 seconds, its overall versatility is currently limited. However, if the triggering conditions are met, the effect is excellent. Despite its limited activation conditions, the potential of up to +54% damage boost is very good. It is likely that future characters and weapons will be introduced to increase or decrease the Herald of Frost, enhancing the rating of this artifact set.
